For the purchase, he knew the market, so we made a winning offer on a lovely property. He read the condo documents, and he arranged for the professionals to ensure the inspection and sale went smoothly. I loved the home and the neighbourhood.
Three years later, I sold my townhouse and relocated. He and his team did a beautiful job with the pictures, video, and text, ensuring lots of interest in the property.
